A Tech Maestro Helps Bring Marsh Chapel into the 21st Century

Boston University's news site profiled how I rebuilt Marsh Chapel's media from the ground up: five PTZ cameras plus a roaming handheld, better color and sound, weekly livestreams and podcasts, and a newly launched YouTube channel.

Marsh Chapel 75th Anniversary Service of Celebration

The brief
Broadcast a once-in-75-years service featuring Sen. Rev. Raphael Warnock to a capacity crowd and an online audience, live, with no second take.
My role
Technical director: camera direction, live switching, and audio.
How
Ran the multi-camera PTZ system I built for the chapel, plus a roaming handheld, and called the show live on November 16, 2025.
Result
Delivered clean, in a single take, and published on Marsh Chapel's YouTube channel.

How
Keep the format and look consistent from episode to episode, so the series feels like a series and each new episode moves quickly.

Concept, research, shooting, and editing.
How
Tied Lexington's history to July 4th, then turned that into a short, vertical invitation to Grace Chapel, cut for Instagram.
